i'm underwater at work. i had a hearing this morning that ended up being more complicated than it initially seemed. then when i returned to the office, i learned that another attorney is sick and i have to cover his hearing tomorrow morning. the hearing is in queens, ny. so that means it's gonna be a really early morning for me tomorrow. it also means that everything i was planning to get done over the next day and one-half (half of today and all of tomorrow) must be compressed into just the half day that remains of today.
