not one damn dime

i don't know if anyone else has received the email about a national boycott on election day, but i'm inclined to agree with edpig on this one.

if the boycott ends up taking off enough to get even meager media attention, then maybe i'll change my mind. or maybe not. boycotts can work when they are simple and targeted (and even then there is no guarantee they will go anywhere). this idea is simple, but not directed at particular business. under the circumstances, it's likely to go completely unnoticed by the nation as a whole.
