why does every religion have to have something utterly gross in it? i've never understood the whole communion thing, with it's implications of cannibalism. but maybe i don't get it just because i was not raised christian.

but that can't be it. i don't understand why anyone would want to have a big party to watch a circumcision either. then there's this:

Under Jewish law, a mohel someone who performs circumcisions draws blood from the circumcision wound. Most mohels do it by hand, but Fischer uses a rare practice where he uses his mouth.

remind me never to ask my parents whether my mohel was into any rare practices.
