the other day other bloggers commented about how a guy was caught trying to carry a bomb onto an airplane in oklahoma. the bloggers were commenting about how the FBI issued a statement that "we have found no apparent connection to any type of terrorist activity ..." as if carrying a bomb on a plane is not, by itself, "terrorist activity."
but the case got even more absurd today when the guy they arrested explained that he simply forgot that he left the pipe bomb in his bag.
i guess it's all just a simple misunderstanding. i know i have trouble keeping track of all my detonatable-by-cellphone pipebombs. i accidentally leave them all over the place. it could have happened to anybody.
