just another point i should add to my previous post:
we don't know what charges the grand jury will bring. the independent prosecutor's office is not nearly as leaky as kenneth starr's was. the theories that have been floating around are based on a mixture of unsubstantiated rumors and the after-the-fact and often self-serving statements of individuals about their grand jury testimony.
it may well be that only perjury and obstruction of justice-type charges are brought, or it could be other stuff. we won't know for sure until the indictments (if any) are actually announced.
