considering all the reports about how little actual reconstruction the u.s. has managed to complete in iraq, i suppose this proves that our country is at least able to build something.
baghdadis may only get 2 to 6 hours of electricity per day, but at least they know if they piss off whoever ends up in charge of iraq they will be housed in a state-of-the-art prison facility.
