i can't think of any other reason that s/he would be intelligently designing longer legs for these toads.
(aside: everyone should watch the documentary "cane toads," which is about how humans introduced the toads and how the toads set out to ruin the australian ecosystem)
(aside 2: anyone else think it's funny that they developed longer legs to invade the town of darwin?)
