this seems to be the law:
in every city in the u.s., if there is an ethiopian restaurant, at least one of those restaurants will be called "the red sea"
which is a little strange considering that ethiopia doesn't border the red sea anymore. is the entire ethiopian community still pining for the loss of eritria?
