election season always means a spike in junk mail--not spam (though there is that too), snail mail--clogging the mailbox at the noz mansion. the glossy fliers have reappeared, often for a bunch of state races that i'm otherwise barely aware of.
anyway, i've noticed a pattern this year. a bunch of the fliers never identify the party affiliation of the candidate. sometimes it's not even in the fine print. and every single time the party isn't identified this year, the candidate turned out to be a republican.
