for the past month i've been wondering how monica goodling could take the fifth when there hasn't been any indication that she personally committed any crimes.
thanks to the latest document dump, now we know. instructing people to destroy documents that are the subject of a congressional investigation is potentially obstruction of congress. i guess when she announced she was taking the fifth, she wasn't as full of shit as i originally thought.
