it's too late to do anything about that.
back when alito and roberts were being confirmed, it was pretty obvious that they intended to push the court to the right and would have no problem overturning any precedent that stood in the way, despite their assurances. you were at the confirmation hearing and voted to confirm them anyway.
and now it's too late. roberts and alito can talk about their respect for precedent all they want during their confirmation hearing, it doesn't stop them from issuing any rulings after you permit them to get on the bench. the time to stop them was during the confirmation battle. you can probe 'til the cows come home, it won't fix the radical turn of the court. isn't it better to concentrate on things you can do something about?
