this has been all over left blogistan already, but i was too busy to post it yesterday. so check out the interactive iraq war prediction timeline. although all of the predictions are not in friedman units, it's essentially the same idea.
what should happen next is follow-up questions. the people quoted on the timeline appear regularly before press conferences and on TV news shows. why aren't reporters hounding them with questions about their prior predictions? especially when new predictions come out of their mouth, the obvious question is why should we believe you now?
