stupid snoopin'

so apparently the passport files of obama, clinton and mccain were all violated by state department employees. is this some common pastime of employees at the national passport office? on slow days do they pull the files of famous people just for kicks? is there anything all that interesting to see in the file? even if i imagine it filled out by some famous person, the form (pdf) really doesn't look like it would be all that exciting.
