look, once is a "stumble." twice... well if we're in a charitable mood maybe we can let that go too. but when the presidential candidate widely viewed as having the most foreign policy experience repeated screws up one of the most basic facts about the most important foreign policy issue facing this country, the only plausible conclusion is that he really doesn't know what he's talking about after all.
