so say your train to work leaves in about 15 minutes, you need to get to the station, so let's say you got 10 minutes to go. but you decide to do a quick sync with your ipod before you leave. and you do, but just before you disconnect and run, you notice one of the settings has something checked that you don't want checked. so you uncheck the little box and it asks you if you are sure you want to do that because if you do, it will erase your entire ipod and then reload all 2200 or so songs you have back onto the ipod.
