it wasn't all that long ago that the bush administration was claiming that setting a timetable for withdrawal from iraq would be a "schedule to surrender." and just a few days ago, john mccain claimed that obama chose a path of "defeat and failure" because he voted for a 2007 bill that included a timetable for withdrawing american forces from iraq.
so doesn't this mean the bush administration choosing a path to defeat and failure (or maybe is just scheduling a surrender) in iraq?
