the war in the DR congo has been long and bloody, with lots of offensives launched by all sides. though there's an occasional story about the conflict, most of it doesn't seem to get a lot of coverage.
then suddenly tonight i noticed that the international press was actually paying a little bit of attention to the conflict. what's the difference this time?
