okay, so it did range a little further afield than i expected. i didn't foresee the candidates hijacking the debate to talk about the domestic economy as much as they both did.
but the most surprising thing was that mali came up--twice by my count.1 is this the most attention that mali has ever gotten in the u.s. political circus?
