Actually, the best evidence that telecoms are full of shit when they claim that the abolition of net neutrality rules won't change how they do business is the fact that they brought the lawsuit challenging the rule in the first place. Why spend all those legal fees if they really are willing to voluntarily commit to "an open internet"? There's no point in challenging a regulation that prohibits bandwidth pricing discrimination unless you want to discriminate.
