If the IMF and EU really want to help the new government in Kiev, they would give the country a generous aid package right now. I'm not talking about loaning the country money, or giving it loan guarantees. I mean effectively giving them money, without any ridiculous strings attached to imposing those austerity measures that they are so in love with these days.
But I bet they won't have it in them. (and if they did, I wonder how that would make the Greeks feel)
