For the past year, the NSA's reputation with the public has been in the toilet. Who wants to love an agency that is widely believed to be invading your privacy? A public relations campaign won't work. If the agency really wants to win people over it should find those missing 300 Nigerian girls right now. I mean, if the U.S. is willing to deploy security forces to help, why not deploy intelligence resources as well? Maybe Boko Haram are too off the grid for even the NSA to find. But I suspect at least some of the members have a cell phone. If they are sending videos to foreign news services, then they probably have crossed paths with something that the NSA has its fingers in.
