Here's my question: what do you think is more likely to motivate people to attack the U.S. or it's citizens:
(1) a publicly available Senate report that fills in the details on the CIA's use of torture during the Bush Administration, or
(2) having a whole bunch of former and current U.S. officials who continue to insist that torture is awesome.
