Russia convinces Ukraine to abandon its neutrality stance towards NATO

As I said months ago, to the extent that Putin's policies towards Ukraine are designed to prevent that country from joining NATO, Putin is really blowing it.

But I'm sure I am just not appreciating Vladamir's strategic brilliance because he's playing chess and we are playing marbles or something.
