The obvious way to prevent "illegal aliens" from infecting pure salt-of-the-Earth God-fearing U.S. citizens with horrible diseases is to give the foreigners access to the medical system.
Undocumented immigrants are not covered by ObamaCare. They can't buy insurance on the exchange, or qualify for the medicaid expansion, or get any of the subsidies that make insurance more affordable. They also can't legally work, which makes it much more unlikely that they will get insurance through a job. If Congressman Brooks was really concern about the public health issues created by completely excluding a group of people from our health care system, he would be pushing to get them covered.
