This isn't supposed to be possible within the Eurasian Economic Union. I mean, how can you have "import restrictions" if the borders within the EEU are supposed to be an open free trade zone?
And in other Kazakhstani news, I really enjoyed trying to puzzle out what the law "Concerning the ratification of the agreement between the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Government of the Republic of Belarus on readmission and the executive protocol on the implementation of the agreement on readmission between the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Government of the Republic of Belarus" is. That title just goes around in circles.
