Sorry, I just do not see the Martin O'Malley campaign getting as much attention as the Gary Hart campaign got in 1984. I wish it were otherwise, I think it would help the Democratic Party to have a competitive primary race rather than just a de facto coronation of Hillary Clinton., even if ultimately Clinton is the nominee (which is the most likely result in either case).
It looks like Bernie Sanders might be able to deliver some competition. I don't think O'Malley is known by enough of the public to do it to. And with Sanders already drawing the crowds of people less satisfied with Clinton, I doubt he will be able to get the attention he needs.
