I hereby predict that Thursday's debate is going to break the record for the highest viewership of a presidential primary debate. I have never seen such enthusiasm among Democrats for an event allegedly for a Republican audience. Everyone wants to watch this gang try to out-clown each other before a national audience. Presumably some Republicans will watch it unironically too.
