I expect the Ashley Madison hack is going to mess with a lot of marriages, but I'm not sure why it would mess with this one (or rather "these two"). Taleb Abu Arar is a public advocate for polygamy. His two wives already know that, as does the general Israeli public. No one should be surprised that he is on the dating scene despite the fact that he is married.
Arar is denying that he ever registered with Ashley Madison and is filing a criminal complaint over the disclosure (against whom, I'm not sure). So he seems to think this damages his reputation. But that might have more to do with a cultural prohibition against casual dating than the fact that he was looking for a partner outside of his current marriages.
