Try as I might, I just can't see anything good coming from the reaction to the Paris attacks. This was inevitable, as is the ISIS recruitment surge that will come from it. There will also be a worse backlash against refugees in Europe, which will make it harder for people to flee ISIS. And I bet the National Front will clean up in next month's elections.
