The KSA's anti-shia/Iranian paranoia is so high, I honestly don't think they see any difference.
The odds of this group taking any significant action against ISIS is extremely pretty low. It is more likely to intervene in Yemen than anywhere else (although most likely of all is that it will do nothing but create a new bureaucracy in Riyadh).

The one member to watch is Lebanon, which I believe is the only member of the new alliance with significant shi'ite representation.
