Turkestan, the part that most interests me, is the south-central entity on the map. I'm not sure if the Nazis envisioned Karaganda or Tashkent as the capital. Tashkent makes more sense because it is a much bigger city. But I doubt if they thought must about what a Nazi puppet state of Turkestan would look like, beyond a way to take the territory away from the Russians and supply Germany with cotton.
