That's what paying creditors less than 100% is called. I guess Trump's usual shtick of dicking over the people who made the unfortunate choice to enter into business deals with him won't necessarily work on a national scale.
Now that he's the nominee of one of the two major parties, the markets might start reacting to Trump's off the cuff halfwit ideas. At least they would if the markets thought he had a real chance of winning the presidency.
