Nondisclosure agreements

WTF!

I'm not sure if that would be legal, but if it is it should not be. Federal employees, even high level people in a president's administration, work for the people, not just the president. While the president should be able to expect confidentiality on his private talks about sensitive topics, those talks are already legally protected. All a NDA would add is to subject federal employees to legal liability for telling the world about matters that are not already protected by law.
