Surprise! After doing his usual dance about being "troubled" blah blah blah, those Republican Senators-with-an-independent streak will vote for Tillerson. I have moved from wondering if any of Trump's cabinet picks will fail to be confirmed to wondering whether any Republicans will cast any nay votes on any confirmation.
(Actually, I think that little Marco will probably cast a vote against Tillerson. It won't stop the confirmation, and Rubio knows that, but it will get him that maverick free thinking label from the press which will mean people will pay more attention to him and maybe it will set him up as being the savior of the GOP when the Trump presidency ultimately crashes.)
UPDATE: So much for that parenthetical at the end. The Rubot blows his chance at being King Maverick of the Senate.
