I wonder if
this peace deal which also bars the U.S. from flying over much of Syria is just designed to blame the U.S. when the peace effort inevitably falls apart. I mean, there's basically no chance that the Trump administration would stop bombing ISIS in Syria just because a deal that the U.S. did not sign says they are not allowed to.
Actually, I think that any American administration would ignore a deal limiting U.S. action that the U.S. isn't a party to. But other administrations would probably be better at finesssing the diplomacy when Russia, Iran, and Turkey try to pin its failure on America.
