Trump tries to punt the blame for ending DACA

So essentially Congress has six months to try to save DACA with legislation. If they succeed, Trump can tell his supporters he tried to kill the policy but Congress prevented him (of course Trump could veto the bill, but I'm not sure he's thinking that far ahead). If Congress fails, then all the terrible stories about valedictorians being forcibly relocated to a country they don't know will be on Congress, not the President.
