I feel safer already

Ever since the Trump Administration announced its travel ban 3.0 includes a ban on citizens of Chad from coming to the U.S., people have scratched their heads. Why Chad? It wasn't included in prior versions of the ban and it doesn't have a history of producing terrorists. In fact, the government has been very cooperative with U.S. anti-terrorism efforts in Africa.

Now, that mystery is solved. Citizens of Chad are banned from the U.S. because the country was short on the paper stock it uses to print its passports. Seriously.
