The one thing that reassures me that maybe Trump won't march us into an all-out war with Iran is the fact that Russia and Iran are allies in the Syrian civil war and they have a pretty good relationship overall. Russia doesn't want a U.S.-Iranian war (although it would help the Russian economy if the war causes oil prices to spike).
