Just to follow up on my prior post: I'm not saying that the President can do anything to magically make the COVID-19 pandemic go away. But the least he can do is institute policies that actually address the problem. Congressional Democrats are far from perfect, but these five proposals are a real attempt to solve or mitigate our actual problems.
