He was never that well to begin with. But honestly we have a serious problem if our already rash impulsive president is on a bunch of drugs with side effects like insomnia, mood swings, psychotic episodes, and "psychic derangement." Because no one has the guts to stand up to this loser (much less evoke the 25th amendment in the situation which is exactly what it was designed for), we are going to see all of his pre-existing derangement with psychotropic drug side effects play out in public. This would be hilarious if he wasn't the one with the nuclear codes.
