There's no need to wait for the FDA

Recently the consensus has been that we won't see any vaccine mandates by public employers or many mandates from private employers until the COVID vaccines get full FDA approval (as opposed to their current emergency authorization). I'm glad that doesn't seem to be true and a wave of public employer mandates seem to be building, as well as hints that a private-sector wave could be coming too, especially in the health care field.
