Last week, the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals essentially ruled that the entirety of administrative law is unconstitutional so it could rule against the Biden Administration's SEC.
Also last week, the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Louisiana, which is in the Fifth Circuit and is required to follow its precedent, prevented the Biden Administration from ending a Trump-era immigration rule because, the Court said, the Administration did not properly follow the requirements of administrative law.
