Kyrgyzstan cancels CSTO military exercises. I think Putin's attempt to make a Potemkin NATO is coming apart. Russia's "allies" don't want to be associated with a country on the outs with most wealthy countries, especially when its military might is increasingly looking like a paper tiger.
Also when CSTO members attack each other, it kinda makes a mockery of the whole idea of an alliance based on mutual defense.
