The location of Harris's big rally to introduce her vice presidential pick looks like a pretty big tell that her veep will be Josh Shapiro.
I'm happy to be wrong (in fact I am hoping it is not Shapiro). But why else would she do the rally in Shapiro's state?
ADDENDUM: More evidence: The Harris campaign has hinted to Wall Street that the veep will be a governor. Also Mark Kelly will be in Arizona next week (not Philadelphia) and NC Governor Roy Cooper says he does not want to be VP.
