Long term consequences

An obvious consequence of ending tax enforcement plus having the IRS break the law and share confidential tax data with thugs who may shove you in a van with tinted windows and fly you to a Salvadoran gulag is it creates a massive incentive for people to not file their taxes. Trump is creating a world where there are no negative consequences to flouting tax law but potentially catastrophic consequences for complying. This is going to cost the country trillions of dollars in lost tax revenue.
