Endangered

Roberts isn't wrong, but it's funny how how thinks the problem is people criticizing and threatening judges. Maybe he should consider that the decisions he wrote creating almost complete presidential immunity out of thin air, and effectively legalizing bribery under federal law might have contributed to the problem.

If the U.S. really does descend into authoritarianism (and it definitely is going in that direction), I have no doubt that when historians look back at what happened Chief Justice Roberts himself is going to be one of the big culprits.
