I realize that no one pays attention to this anymore, but it is worth noting that under the emoluments clause of the constitution, Trump is not permitted to accept gifts from foreign governments or foreign leaders without first getting approval from Congress.Trump on Iranian leaders: "They're gonna make a deal. On the other hand: It's pretty likely that there is no "big present" and Trump is either making up or hallucinating all of this. In that case it would be more of a 25th Amendment issue than an emoluments issue.
