so bush now is hinting that he might go for raising or eliminating the $90,000 cap on social security payroll taxes. that's actually a good idea.
my question(s) for the day: can raising or eliminating the cap by itself fix the entire social security shortfall without any other changes? if not, how far back would that push the doomsday date?
