i still think the members of the burmese (myanmarian?) government are only the third craziest rulers in the world right now.
i don't mean to disappoint them. it seems like they're really going for broke this time. but despite their latest antics, i think they still trail turkmenbashi and kim jong il. you need a lot to beat someone who has outlawed gold fillings and decreed that the month of january shall be renamed "turkmenbashi."
