i'm not saying anything original here, but i do think it's funny how despite the rather express language of the fourth amendment, conservatives are spending all of their time arguing for some nebulous implied prerogatives of the president under the constitution.
so who's the strict constructionist now? i guess roxanne is right. conservatives are only for it when it involves ovaries or property.
